We’re proud to offer FREE FedEx® shipping on every order in the US and Canada. All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping®. All deliveries require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx®. These requirements are for your protection.

All Coronet Jewelry Items are carefully packaged for shipping, all items will arrive in Coronet’s beautiful gift box, inside you will find the jewelry housed in a Coronet Jewelry case. The box also contains some practical information about your item & Coronet, and comes with a complimentary carrying pouch.
All resizing requests may require up to one additional business week for shipping.
Coronet Care Free Returns
Not completely entranced by the brilliance of your new Coronet Piece, return it, hassle free, within 30 days from your purchase date.
We know returns can be a drag, who wants to send back diamonds, ever. Take these quick steps –
- Email CustomerService@CoronetDiamonds.com, include the purchaser name in the email
- Receive your complimentary insured FEDEX Label from one of our Team Members
- Drop your package off at your local Fedex Location, or arrange for at home pick up via fedex.com
- Our Team will let you know when we received your item back, we do not charge restocking fees.
- Our Quality Control Team takes a Microscopic look and confirms no damage and/or unauthorized repair has occurred.
- A confirmation email of Return Authorization and Refund will be sent to you
- Expect your refund within 2 weeks, Credit Card Companies vary, we apologize in advance
All items must be in their original purchase condition, must include all undamaged product packaging and materials, and must be shipped within 30 days of purchase date.
Coronet Diamonds will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 213.213.2089. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Coronet Solitaire US. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Online Returns do not apply to the following items:
- Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
- Exchanges, repairs, or resizing.
- Items that became damaged or defective after delivery. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information
- Items purchased at a Coronet Retailer
- Special Orders
Credits to Your Charge Card
Credit card purchases, Coronet Diamonds purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Coronet Daimonds has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call a Coronet Customer Service, 213.213.2089, or email CustomerService@CoronetDiamonds.com . We will accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a Coronet Care Free Return, once you have received the shipment.

Coronet’s Conflict-Free Diamond Policy
Coronet Diamonds, along with the global diamond industry, has a no tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. Through measures such as the Kimberley Process, which tracks diamonds from mine to market, the industry in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organizations, polices diamond exports to prevent the trade of illegal diamonds.
In April 2003, congress and President Bush passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.
Diamonds are mined throughout the world, including major mines in Australia, Africa, Russia and Canada. Diamonds are a major source of good in many African nations, employing and providing healthcare to thousands. For more information on this issue, please visit DiamondFacts.org.
We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. Coronet diamonds are warranted to be conflict free.

Coronet Diamonds offers a One Year Limited Warranty on all Jewelry Pieces. The Coronet warranty only applies to Jewelry where the Coronet trademarked “Crown” Logo is stamped thereon, identifying it to be a Coronet Diamonds product. Without such indicator, Coronet shall treat such jewelry as an unauthorized copy of its product, and not provide any warranty. This One Year Limited Warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement at Cornet’s discretion. Coronet is not responsible for failure of the product or any other non-conformance cause by or attributable to (a) any misuse of the product (b) neglect of, abuse of, or accident to, the product; or (c) general wear and tear of the product. If Coronet decides that the product is not under warranty, Coronet will return the unwarranted product to you at your expense. Coronet will not honor the warranty if Coronet determines that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Coronet, or if the product forwarded to Coronet is not manufactured by Coronet. Coronet will only take action under the warranty when you deliver the product to Coronet, with a Valid Return Authorization ID, issued by our Customer Service Team (email@example.com, 213.213.2089) proof and date of purchase. You are responsible to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit. For warranty returns: Coronet may substitute a similar style for discontinued styles. Coronet is not responsible for the sentimental value of the original jewelry. Effective date June 2013.
